McIntyre & Golden, P.C. is a Professional Corporation currently we are four lawyers licensed in Utah.  We organized our firm in 1995, with only two lawyers and one paralegal.  Since, we have grown to four lawyers with a support staff of six: (paralegal, clerk and office personnel.)  Cumulatively, our lawyers have over 100 years experience in the practice of law and in a variety of specialties as is described in each lawyer’s bio.  Although our primary focus is litigation.  Our litigation background serves our clients well, when we undertake negotiation, alternative dispute resolution and transactional matters.
